A practical watch-party drink setup checklist
Plan the drinks, seating and cleanup before kickoff, with room for guests to settle in.

Before guests arrive: count usable spots
Count the seats that will actually be occupied and assign a reachable drink spot to each. One clear side table may serve two adjacent seats if both guests have enough reach and hand space. Do not assume the number of guests equals the number of holders to buy: use the number of simultaneous drink spots you want to equip.
Check the containers you intend to serve
Measure each unfamiliar container across the bottom. Steadi fits bases 2–3.15 inches across, but a low handle, thick boot or uneven base can interfere. Test full seating before filling the drink. A standard 12 oz can and the exact 40 oz Stanley Quencher H2.0 are confirmed examples; this does not establish fit for every brand or size.
Choose the set after you know the layout
A 2-pack can equip two regular spots; larger sets can cover more seats or rooms. The picker shows the current pack total and allows mixed colors without an extra color charge. Colors can help guests recognize a holder, but do not reliably identify the owner of an unattended drink. Keep serving and drinking areas easy to understand.
At kickoff: make room for hands and plates
Set open drinks back from table edges and away from the serving route. Keep the remote and personal items outside the drink footprint. Show guests where refills and empty containers go. Steadi is freestanding and should be lifted with the drink itself, not used as a carrying handle.
At halftime: clear, dry, reset
Remove empty cans and glasses, clear plates and wipe wet surfaces. Check the furniture again if seats shift. An open can or glass can splash during a bump even without tipping; a wider footprint does not make jumping, table knocks or a moving surface spillproof.
After the game: hand wash and store
Remove Steadi from the drinkware and hand wash it, then let it dry. No dishwasher or microwave. Check for trapped crumbs or moisture before putting it away. Keep your set together so the next game starts with a clean holder and a freshly checked drink pairing.
